fraas.com offers the following payment options:

When and how will I receive my invoice?
The invoice is included in your delivery.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Any item can be wrapped in a gift box for you. We charge €4.00 per gift box.
How can I see if my parcel is on its way to me?
You will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number via e-mail, as soon as your items have left the warehouse.
Where does fraas.com deliver to and how long is the delivery time?
The delivery zone only includes mainland – no international deliveries to islands. We offer island delivery across Germany at no extra cost.

How much are the delivery costs?
You can track the current location of your delivery on the DHL website (https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html). Simply enter the tracking number and you will receive all the relevant information.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value in our online shop.
What do I do if my order contains an incorrect item?
Please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not wish to keep the item, you can return it to us free of charge.
How can I return items?
You can return items to us unworn and with the original tag within 14 days. You will find the DHL returns label in the parcel.
If you have not received a returns label or you have lost the label, please contact our Customer Service team at: email@example.com. We will send you a new label.
What do I do if my parcel has not arrived?
Please contact our Customer Service team at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assist you further.
Who delivers my parcels?
Your parcels are delivered by DHL.
Do I need to register online in order to place an order?
Every customer can register and manage their personal customer area via the customer login in the shop.
What benefits do I receive when I register online?
After registering, you will have access to your personal user account with the following benefits:
Invoice & delivery address
- Your address is saved, meaning you don’t have to enter it again every time. What’s more, you can also provide a different invoice and delivery address for your parcels.
- With a personal order overview, you always have a detailed overview of the orders you have placed in the online shop.
What can I do if I have forgotten my password?
Use the "Forgot password" function to enter a new password. You will find the "Forgot password” function on the customer account login page.
How do I subscribe to a newsletter?
You will find the newsletter registration in your customer account and on the layer displayed on the homepage. You will receive a newsletter about new products, promotions and trends every two weeks.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the end. Simply click on it, make your selection and you are unsubscribed.
