Which payment options does fraas.com offer?
fraas.com offers the following payment options:
- Amazon Pay: Log in with your Amazon-account and pay using the payment methods provided by Amazon./li>
- Credit or debit card: Pay easily, quickly and conveniently with your credit or debit card.
- PayPal: Use your PayPal-account to pay for your order quickly and securely.
- Purchase on account (a Ratepay-service): Place your order and pay for your items upon receipt. We offer purchase on account via our partner Ratepay. Please note: The decision as to whether a customer is offered this payment method is up to Ratepay.
Why can't I choose purchase on account as payment method?
We offer purchase on account through our partner PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account for this. PayPal decides on the basis of mathematical-technical procedures (so-called algorithms) whether the purchase on account is possible for a customer. Even the lack of information can lead to PayPal rejecting this payment method. In this case, please choose another payment method.
When and how will I receive my invoice?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a separate notification from the selected payment provider with your invoice details in addition to the FRAAS order confirmation. If you need your invoice as a PDF, please contact our FRAAS customer service by email at service[at]fraas.com. We will then be happy to send it to you by e-mail.
Who delivers my parcels?
Your parcels are delivered by DHL.
How can I see if my parcel is on its way to me?
You will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number via e-mail, as soon as your items have left the warehouse.
Where does fraas.com deliver to? How long is the delivery time?
The delivery zone only includes mainland – no international deliveries to islands. We offer island delivery across Germany at no extra cost.

How can I return items from Germany?
You can return items to us unworn and with the original tag within 14 days after receipt. Please find the DHL returns label in the parcel.
The return from Germany is free of charge.
If you have not received a returns label or you have lost the label, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com to receive a new one.
How can I return items from Germany?
If you want to return items from your order, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We refund the return charges when the value of goods returned is above 60 Euros.
What do I do if my order contains an incorrect item?
Please send an e-mail to email@example.com. If you do not wish to keep the item, you can return it to us free of charge.
Do I need to register online in order to place an order?
Every customer can register and manage their personal customer area via the customer login in the shop.
What benefits do I receive when I register online?
After registering, you will have access to your personal user account with the following benefits:
- Invoice & delivery address
- Your address is saved. That means you don’t have to enter it again every time. What’s more, you can also provide a different invoice and delivery address for your parcels.

- With a personal order overview, you always have a detailed overview of the orders you have placed in the online shop.
What can I do if I have forgotten my password?
Use the "Forgot password" function to enter a new password. You will find the "Forgot password” function on the customer account login page.
How do I subscribe to a newsletter?
You will find the newsletter registration in your customer account and on the FRAAS homepage. You will receive a newsletter in German about new products, promotions and trends every two weeks.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the end. Simply click on it, make your selection and you are unsubscribed.
