This saves up to 53 percent of energy compared to conventional production and reduces plastic waste. What's more, the fabrics produced in this way can themselves be reused - which creates a sustainable recycling cycle.

The materials are separated by color, broken down into fibers and spun into new yarn. So perhaps your old favorite sweater gets a second life at FRAAS and becomes a beautiful scarf made from recycled cotton.
Another method for the production of recycled scarves is the use of fabric remnants. Many fabric remnants are left over from the production of clothing, which are often simply burned or disposed of. However, the leftovers from textile production can be reused, as the fabrics are new and of high quality.
The fabrics are sorted by color, shredded and spun into new yarn in a special process - from which new scarves are woven.
